What's New for the 2024 Toyota RAV4?
The Toyota RAV4 is a compact, two-row crossover recognized for its sporty yet rugged style and confident performance on the road. In 2024, the RAV4 has only a few updates, exclusively found on the exterior. Specifically, the Adventure and TRD Off-Road trims for 2024 are now available with Army Green as a body paint option. These trims also now come with the option of a two-tone paint scheme. Both black and white are available for the roof.
Otherwise, the 2024 Toyota RAV4 is identical to the 2023 model year. The confident style is established by a wide body with smoothly sculpted sides. The black molding across the sides extends above the skid plate on the nose. The bumper and grille are stacked with an A-style shape. The black molding also shoots outward to encompass the small fog lamps. Exterior gear available on the 2024 RAV4 includes a panoramic sunroof, heated side mirrors, all-terrain tires, 18-inch wheels, roof rails, and a power liftgate.
The six trims available for the 2024 RAV4 continue to have the same engine. This is a four-cylinder, gas-powered system that delivers 203 horsepower. All trims have an eight-speed transmission. Most come with the option of a front-wheel or all-wheel drivetrain. However, all-wheel drive is standard for the TRD Off-Road trim. Some of the higher-level RAV4 trims also benefit from hill descent control, a raised suspension, selectable drive modes, and an off-road suspension.
The 2024 RAV4's safety and cabin features were also offered in the 2023 model year. In the RAV4's base trim level, you will find an 8-inch central display screen, wireless connections for smart device apps, and a six-speaker sound system. The higher trims add features like synthetic leather upholstery, a keyless ignition, a two-zone climate control system, USB ports, a larger touch display screen, heated front seats, a JBL sound system, a wireless charging station, a surround-view camera, and several additional features.
Safety equipment includes a blind-spot warning, a traffic sign reader, adaptive cruise control, forward collision sensing with mitigation, and adaptive cruise control.
