Tansky Sawmill Toyota is looking for an Automotive Sales/Customer Service Specialists.  Training is provided and experience is not required.
 
As a customer service/sales specialist, you are what builds the relationship between the dealership and our valued customers; ultimately our future to success. We are looking for candidates that are energetic, highly motivated, & self starting individuals.

Customer Service Representative/Business Development-Call Center

Tansky Sawmill Toyota, a family owned and operated dealership in Dublin, Ohio is seeking representatives to fill positions in the Business Development Call Center. We have recently moved into our BRAND NEW "Green" facility and are looking for qualified members to join our family team.

2+ years of call center or insides sales experience a plus; Microsoft Office expertise and applicable database usage are required. This customer service candidate is desired to help us create innovative ways to drive more customers into our store utilizing both phone and internet strategies. A strong background in both customer service/telecommunications is desired.

The right candidate MUST have:

• 2 year minimum of Customer Service Experience a must
• Possess Leadership instincts, and cutting edge customer service skills
• Able to multi task in a heavy paced environment
• Excellent communication skills both in person and on the phone
• Ability to multi task
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
