Our salesman arranged this appointment with the service department to get several items installed on my new Camry. We were told that all of the items we needed would be available. When we arrived for our appointment, the service department was not expecting us but they checked us in and said they would discuss our needs with the salesman when he came in to work. We received a call to inform us that they did talk with Tyler but only two of the items we wanted installed (cargo net and door edge guards) were available. Another appointment would need to be made to get the third item (mud flaps) because they were not in stock. A few minutes later, Ron called back to tell us that he contacted other Toyota dealers in town and located the mud flaps that we needed. He sent someone to pick them up and had them installed on my car. When we picked my car up at the end of the day, all three items were installed. We were very pleased that Ron took that extra step to satisfy us and to help us avoid making another car appointment. This is the third Camry we have bought from Tansky's and get our maintenance done there as well. We appreciate the great service! Peggy Rasche
