For the first time in quite a while one of the service guys from the back greeted me and acknowledged me when I first arrived. Then my appointment was with Brent, and he was very nice. I will make sure to schedule the rest of my service appointments with him. He gave me much better service than the last two times that I've been in there with the other guys.
It did take them a long time to work on my car, longer than what was quoted. I think they overbook the cars and have problems meeting the promised by times.
