Had 60,000 mile service completed. Given the length of time the service would take, I was offered a no-charge car rental for the day. This was much better than waiting for several hours for the service to complete... and would give the service guys extra time with the car because they wouldn't feel rushed. The service was completed later in the afternoon and at the price I was originally quoted. I was happy with the service.
