Toyota Reaches the Top as 'World's Largest Automaker'

It's really no secret that Toyota is a popular brand, both here in Dublin, Ohio and around the world. After the first quarter of 2012, that position has only improved, as Toyota and its subsidiary brands have seen their sales increase by 18 percent, with a total of 2.49 million vehicles were sold worldwide. At Tansky Toyota we're proud to say those numbers signify one thing: Toyota has taken back the crown of being the 'World's Largest Automaker.'
Given the competitive nature of the automotive industry, and brands all competing to build stylish and efficient cars, trucks, and SUVs that can perform on any stretch of road, having the honor of 'World's Largest Automaker' is really something to celebrate. The praise is well deserved, and not just because we are bias, but considering the turnaround after the tragic events of the earthquake in Japan, leaving Toyota with many production and parts shortages, along with the creation of some redesigned models, we can't help but praise the accomplishment.
In this year alone, Toyota has built a revamped 2012 Toyota Camry while also adding three new variants to the hybrid-powered Prius: the larger Toyota Prius v and the more compact 2012 Prius c along with the Prius Plug-In all of which offer more diversification to the already popular 2012 Toyota Prius.
To see what drivers around the world are experiencing, stop in to Tansky Toyota and test drive a new Toyota today. Located at 6300 Sawmill Rd Dublin, OH 43017, we are always happy to discuss each vehicle in detail, and give you a full list of specifications and features on our lineup of compacts, hybrids, sedans, and crossovers.
